Delivery policy

We will do our best to deliver your order in 24 hours, if not within deliver within 36 hours. If you don’t receive the order by that time, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

We do not deliver on national holidays for eg. Poya days in those events we will deliver on the following day.

If you refuse to pay upon delivery for no apparent or justifiable reason, we reserve the right to blacklist you as a client and the right to refuse delivering to you in the future.

A quality check is done on your order on the day of delivery to guarantee freshness, if you have any concerns upon delivery please immediately inform the delivery agent and take a picture of the items in the delivered condition.

Any complaints after one (1) hour will be listened to and considered constructively but will not result in any refund.

For any discounted items no exchange or refund will be possible.
